This podcast is for those who would like to learn more about how to design a strategy - whether for a business, department, charity or other type of organization.

We provide a simple, structured process, based on six questions. We explore how to answer these questions, leading ultimately to the critical question - What is the best option?

This podcast will appeal to those starting out in a strategy career, or those with experience in more operational roles that are looking to expand their strategy skills.

It could also be helpful for those looking to review their strategic toolkit and add to it, or students of business and strategy looking for something that complements a more academic approach.

It is practical, rigorous and fun

This podcast has plenty of examples and is also based on established theory, approaches and experience.

A book is available that provides the foundation for the podcast.

The father and son team provide a healthy mix of expertise and curiosity.
